We are Authorised Service partner for PANASONIC products as well as provide service for all products sold by us, We usually try solving your problems over phone to avoid time delay - for no cost. Our Service support range from providing,

1. On site paid Service

Support when you need it. We offer on site paid support for Non-AMC customers and users of our products. We visit your site within 24 hours or 2 working days. Cost of service varies from products and the type of service rendered.

2. Periodical Maintenance or AMC (Annual Maintenace Contract)

We offer both Comprehensive and Non-Comprehensive AMC. In a comprehensive AMC, breakdowns/faults in the hardware and repairing/service is taken care of by the NUCOM Systems. This includes spare parts replacement. Apart from this, preventive maintenance is also done, on a pre-determined/agreed-to frequency. In a Non-comprehensive AMC, the cost of spare parts replacement must be borne by the customer. This usually means only service, our engineers will advise on hardware bread down. Customer can enter into an agreement for a year. Contract agreement with cost and service offered details will be submitted after assessment.

3. Contract assignment (Electrical, Voice, Data and Network Solution, Cabling)

NUCOM takes up specific assignments on the above mentioned work. We have skilled labour who can complete work as per turn around time agreed. Cost of which will be discussed after our site visit.

4. Consulting (for telcom and office automation products sold)

We offer consulting service for enterprise customers and provide the right kind of solution and products that suits to their requirement. We visit your site, do an assessment study and submit our suggestions. For more information about our charges, please contact us.
