Hikvision fever screening thermal solutions to help in fight against Covid-19

With the entire world fighting the new Corona Virus Strain, the ongoing crusade for prevention against the spread of Covid-19 is tough but not impossible. Hikvision Fever Screening Thermal Cameras are here to help the preventive measures at Airport & other transport terminals, schools and hospitals.

Hikvision Fever Screening Thermal Cameras can sense IR radiations (8-14μm) and produce thermal images. Thermal cameras convert IR radiations into gray value and establishes the accurate corresponding relation between gray value and temperature through the temperature measurement algorithm model.

Application: It is well-known that one major symptom of virus infections is fever. Therefore, thermal camera with high temperature accuracy can detect the elevated body temperature to make the fever screening. For this application, thermal cameras are advisable to be installed at the places with long queues such as passport control.

Advantages are:

High Efficiency: It takes only one second that thermal camera can detect temperature of each person. Thus, no congestion will be made when passing through the site where temperature needs to check.

Safety: Thermal cameras support non-contact temperature measurement, which can achieve accurately measuring temperature around 1 meter away. That reduces the risk of infection coming from physical contact.

CONTACTLESS FACIAL RECOGNITION SOLUTIONS

Today various factors are adding up to the popularity of Facial Recognition Solutions. The Contactless Technology of Facial Recognition is one of the biggest factor that is adding value in security and safety functions. Hikvision offers Contactless Facial Recognition Cameras and Terminals, which are helpful in checking the spread of the virus in corporate, retail, banking and healthcare sectors due to its contactless features.
